The purpose of the sponsorship is to support the educational programming and to offset costs related to MCIBD activities. Sponsors have no direct or indirect influence on the topics, speakers, or content of the program; this includes development of educational objectives, identification of learning needs, or evaluation of MCIBD activities. MCIBD and the scientific planning committee have taken steps to ensure the activities are free from sponsor influence and based on best scientific evidence to improve the knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviours of our learners.
