We now have an international recommendations on management of Inflammatory Bowel Disease from pre-pregnancy, through pregnancy, to delivery and post-partum. Topics include fertility, obstetrical considerations (low dose Aspirin for risk of preeclampsia), and infant health and vaccinations (e.g. Rotovirus).
